Dirt rider is no more
« on: February 05, 2018, 09:20:52 am »
I went on the website to cancel dirt rider and switch to dirt bike, becuase dirt riders issues are only being published 10 times a year, have gotten pretty thin, and did not focus enough on off road to me. Upon going to the subscriber link, i got a nessage they will be cancelling publication as of january 2018 and switching remaining sunscribers to motorcyclist magazine. RIP dirt rider.

No a surprise.

Fortunately, Dirt Bike Magazine is going strong and is a good, diverse rag.

I think Dirt Bike Magazine subscriptions come with a $20 or $25 Rocky Mountain MC gift card, so you pretty much get the magazine for free.

<<only being published 10 times a year, have gotten pretty thin>>

The death nell of a magazine.   When they start cutting back on publication, or start getting thin, their not long for this world.

I think most get Dirt Bike though, which is an all around good mag.   They did a survey a couple years back and overhauled the format and it's solid once again.  A little something for everyone.

And of course the only proper way to read it is starting from the back, so you read Mr. Know it all first.
